Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (Female) to drive business growth through acquiring new clients and managing existing client relationships. This role is entirely office-based, focusing on telecalling, online meetings, and client engagement without any field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, reach out, and engage potential clients across all our product offerings.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and online meetings to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Collect and provide market feedback to the team for product improvements and strategy planning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client onboarding.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or telecalling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Basic tech knowledge and ability to understand software products.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple client interactions effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a results-driven environment with targets and incentives.
