About the team The marketing team at Space of the Greats is responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that generate awareness, leads & generate enquires for our premium leadership offerings. You will be instrumental in developing subsets of marketing teams starting with customer outreach teams through numerous channels. Some of the subsets of marketing team which you will work with in future includes content marketing teams, public relations teams, events team, social media marketing teams, email marketing teams & one to one marketing teams About the role We are seeking a creative, thoughtful and highly emotional International Marketing Representative to embed and work with our management teams to explore, hypothesise, test & execute highly personalised pathways towards marketing. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing highly personalised marketing campaigns through variety of channels starting with email marketing to one-to-one marketing to drive awareness, generate leads, and enquiries for Space of the Greats premium leadership offerings. You will work closely 1:1 with the Sales team to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with sales goals and that marketing materials are tailored to the needs of our target audience & make sure that marketing efforts leads to desired outcomes. Rather than pushing obtuse marketing metrics, your practice is grounded in client advocacy, client experience, developing impactful personalised campaigns & driving strategic clarity in communication (understanding, articulating, promoting & conveying how our offerings can be instrumental in driving key results, fulfilling mighty dreams, taking away biggest frustrations of our clients with in depth research) and looking for holistic creative solutions that meet the needs of our client no matter where they are at any given moment while simultaneously moving the business towards meaningful tangible results. You default to a courageous mindset to think deep, granular, feel from your heart and provide authentic messaging and feedbacks to your teams which in turn allow you to build strong, open, and trusting relationships with prospective clients & talents . In this role will also work with the Founder to achieve and support ongoing organization-wide objectives (e.g., Developing right marketing channels, elevating client experience; developing a sustainable client acquisition process, assisting in marketing policy & development; etc.) and act as a trusted liaison between the Management & marketing teams.
