* Excellent communication Skills in English is a pre-requisite * Ability to communicate effectively with customers on either a call or email or chat or a combination * Confident, Energetic & Assertive while conversing * Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * GDS Hands on experience in Amadeus or Galileo will be an added advantage * Ability to handle complex situations * Should be flexible to work in shifts in a 24X7 operation with rotational week-offs as per process requirements * Prior work experience in Customer Service or Reservations in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA or in a BPO, will be helpful *Education:* - Graduation in any stream, Hotel Management / Aviation Diploma Holders etc. Flexible working hours*
