As a Plant HR professional, you will be responsible for overseeing talent management, employee management, employee relations, HR compliance, and operational HR excellence at the plant level. Your role will involve coordinating with the Plant HR Team for various activities such as manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities, new hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation and audit accuracy, factory compliances, and administrative tasks. To excel in this position, you should hold an MBA in HR and possess 2 to 6 years of experience in a plant HR role. Your primary responsibility will be to handle HR operations projects and ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes at the plant level. Additionally, you will be required to collaborate with the Plant HR Team to ensure that safety compliances are followed diligently. You will also play a key role in implementing and enforcing a POSH Policy Compliance under the guidance of seniors. This role may involve travel to various plant locations as and when required.
