Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Partner with HR leadership to analyze business needs, define requirements, and recommend solutions for HR initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance HR processes and systems (HRIS/HRMS, payroll, performance management, recruitment systems, etc.).
Develop HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance, and retention.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and employee experience.
Ensure data integrity across HR systems and support audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with IT and vendors for HR technology upgrades, implementations, and troubleshooting.
Translate HR and business needs into functional requirements for system enhancements.
Provide end-user training and support for HR systems and tools.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
Advanced MS Excel and reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, employee engagement, compliance).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the HR domain.
Experience with HR technology implementation or transformation projects is an advantage.
Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and industry best practices preferred.
