Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR leadership to analyze business needs, define requirements, and recommend solutions for HR initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance HR processes and systems (HRIS/HRMS, payroll, performance management, recruitment systems, etc.).
  • Develop HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance, and retention.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and employee experience.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and support audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors for HR technology upgrades, implementations, and troubleshooting.
  • Translate HR and business needs into functional requirements for system enhancements.
  • Provide end-user training and support for HR systems and tools.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
  • Advanced MS Excel and reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, employee engagement, compliance).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the HR domain.
  • Experience with HR technology implementation or transformation projects is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and industry best practices preferred.
