Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team in a full-time, individual contributor capacity. This role is pivotal in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on volume hiring. You will be instrumental in supporting PSG’s global recruitment operations, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies
• Conduct offer negotiations and ensure smooth candidate experience
• Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent
• Maintain accurate records and reports using ATS systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Prior experience in the staffing industry is a plus
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards.
