About the Role

Associate – Talent Acquisition

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hiring, capable of managing multiple requirements, and eager to grow in HR.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, fitment, and experience.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline for junior to mid-level roles.

2. Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Follow up on interview feedback and ensure timely updates.
  • Coordinate assessments, tests, and technical evaluations.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Share shortlisted profiles in the defined format.
  • Maintain clear communication and timely status updates.

4. Documentation & Process Compliance

  • Maintain candidate data, tracking sheets, and recruitment reports.
  • Assist in onboarding coordination (offer letters, documents, joining formalities).
  • Ensure hiring process adherence across all divisions.

5. Employer Branding & Support Activities

  • Support hiring posts, campus hiring, and social media job promotions.
  • Actively engage with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    1 – 2 years
  • Education:

    BBA / MBA (HR) / Any degree with HR interest
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work with deadlines and manage priorities
