Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Review and screen resumes and job applications for role fitment.3. Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls.4. Communicate effectively with candidates across channels (email, phone, etc.).5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.7. Draft job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.8. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.9. Engage in proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and more.10. Support employer branding and talent pipeline development.

What Were Looking For:

1. 1-4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
2. Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment is a strong advantage. 3. Strong process orientation, organizational, and follow-up skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication. 5. High levels of ownership, humility, and willingness to learn. 6. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools.
