The position will be responsible to provide day-to-day support in board spectrum HR and administrative functions. The Admin will lead the administrative function and will provide support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth coordination of all administrative activities. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team. Liaise with external vendors for office operational needs, including procurement of equipment and supplies. Manage relationships with building management and coordinate maintenance or repair services. Organize and manage calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with a primary focus on technology hiring. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers and talent managers to comprehend business needs, devise recruitment strategies, and guarantee a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate assessment, data tracking, and process enhancement.
