Talent Acquisition Associate

As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Xogene, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing primarily on technology hiring. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand business needs, devising recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
