Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels: job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/telephonic interviews, and shortlist profiles.
  • Coordinate interviews: schedule for hiring managers, follow up, maintain communication with candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers/departments to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and prepare job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs (talent pipelining).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience — from first contact through onboarding.
  • Maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and regular reports to HR leadership.
  • Handle HR compliance tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Support employer branding initiatives (maybe via events, social media, or job-fair participation).

Qualifications / Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition / HR (for this role).
  • Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and screening candidates.
  • Deep familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Target-driven mindset: role includes targets for hiring / closures.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several open roles simultaneously.
  • Good interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Desired / Added Advantages

  • Experience in bulk hiring / high-volume recruitment. (Useful, depending on NoBroker’s growth and hiring scale.)
  • Prior experience in employer branding or campus hiring.
  • Analytical mindset: comfort with using data and metrics to improve recruiting processes.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, and onboarding best practices.
