Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and freelancers to source candidates for permanent positions.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT staffing or related field (Talent Acquisition).
  • Strong understanding of C2C, Client Handling, IT Recruitment, IT Staffing concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination between clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
