As a Talent Acquisition Associate for US Hiring based in Kolkata, your role involves identifying and sourcing resumes using relevant keywords, screening potential candidates through various channels, and maintaining recruitment databases accurately. You will be responsible for verifying candidate credentials, conducting background checks, and managing necessary documentation. Throughout the application process, you will keep candidates informed and engaged, serving as their primary point of contact and building strong relationships during selection. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and source resumes aligned with hiring needs - Screen and evaluate potential candidates - Maintain and update recruitment databases - Verify candidate credentials and conduct background checks - Keep applicants informed and engaged - Foster strong relationships with candidates - Provide guidance through IT-focused Knowledge Transfer Programs Qualifications and Requirements: - Education: Bachelors degree in any stream - Candidates: Male candidates only - Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and basic internet research - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities - High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment In terms of compensation, the CTC offered is 1,80,000 per annum with attractive performance-based incentives. A traveling allowance is provided, but pick-and-drop facilities are not included. The shift timing is a night shift from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates. Please note that fluency in English is required for this role, and the work location is in-person.
