About the Role

Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers/ATS.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
• Support employer branding initiatives when required.
• Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or any related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
