Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in Trivandrum. This is a fee-basedinternship. The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, assist in implementing HR policies, and participate in tasks such as managing employee benefits, personnel management, and other administrative activities. Additional responsibilities may include helping to organize employee programs and ensuring smooth communication within internal teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and principles
• Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
