Talent Acquisition Associate (Fresher Candidate)

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate. Location : Kolkata. Employment Type : Full-Time. Key Responsibilities Finding resumes and detecting relevant keywords are the same as per the company’s current requirement. Sourcing and screening the resumes of the potential candidates through job boards. Maintain and track the databases and keep track of recruitment. Scrutinize and check the credibility of the candidate and complete the necessary documentation. Keeping track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on the application process. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Key role is to start contacting potential candidates and counsel them through IT-based knowledge transfer programs. This model of recruitment will give exposure to the best of inside hiring. Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (any stream). Skills : MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet surfing knowledge (basic). Good communication in the English language, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. High energy and passion. Salary: CTC - 1,80,000.
