Job Title: US Voice Process (Fresher Candidates) Location: Newtown. Employment Type: Full Time . Key Responsibility: Identify and analyze resumes to extract relevant keywords aligned with current organizational hiring needs. Source and screen qualified candidates through various job boards and recruitment platforms. Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of candidate progress. Conduct cold calls, send emails, and follow up with potential candidates to build engagement. Provide candidates with clear information on training details and IT-based knowledge transfer programs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates, including interview notes and supporting documentation, throughout the recruitment process. Ensure timely and professional communication with all applicants regarding their application status. Monitor and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Act as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process. Offer insights and support for effective internal hiring practices and IT-based knowledge transfer. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet browsing. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to candidate engagement. Excellent interactive skills and a collaborative mindset. Salary: Based upon the market standards. Performance based incentives. No pick-up and drop will be available. Travellling allowance will be provided. Working Hours & Shift Details: Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM).
