Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in our organization, your main responsibility will be to source and screen talent from various channels. You will play a crucial role in coordinating interviews and maintaining effective communication with candidates and interviewers throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will be in charge of updating and managing the recruitment tracker and candidate database to ensure all information is accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities: - Source and screen talent from various channels - Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and interviewers - Update and manage the recruitment tracker and candidate database - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide support in preparing job descriptions - Assist in drafting offer letters and coordinating the onboarding process as required Qualifications Required: - Detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills - Passion for talent acquisition - Proficiency in English preferred **Please Note:** This is a contractual/temporary position with a duration of 6 months. The benefits include a flexible schedule, paid sick time, paid time off, and the option to work from home. The work schedule is a day shift, fixed from Monday to Friday.
