Role & responsibilities

We are looking for highly skilled and motivated 3d Artist who will be able to work on developing various 3d models and animations for our education & medical training simulation products, augmented reality, virtual reality and mobile application projects. The candidates should be able to develop real-time 3D contents including real world objects, assets, characters and games. You must be well versed with industry standard 3D modelling programs and tools. You will be working in a team with lots of other talented graphics artists, story tellers, programmers, engineers and doctors.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage digital assets as instructed by the Lead / Manager
  • Strog knowledge of High, Medium and Low poly modelling and texturing.
  • Work inline to concept art and sketches to create virtual models, environments and props
  • Design and create required High quality organic models, real world objects, characters.
  • Rig and skin characters for real-time applications
  • Prepare real-time animations for interactive applications.
  • Creating storyboards that depict the script and narrative
  • Drawing in 2D to create sketches, artwork or illustrations
  • Able to rig models and characters for animation
  • Good in texturing of objects with detail maps using tools such as Substance painter.
  • Able to add background, sound, texture, colors, lighting and other attributes to an animation
  • Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions and other technical constraints
  • Prototype and iterate on models and characters based on feedback from team members
  • Create textures and UV maps
  • Optimize, refine and correct 3D model geometry for web based applications
  • Work with artists, animators and programmers to execute tasks assigned on time
  • Keep abreast with the latest developments in 3D design, capture and modelling tools and technologies

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on Maya, Blender, Z-brush, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite and related 3D & 2D software.
  • Knowledge of graphics UI/UX design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and after effects will be plus.
  • Experience with integrations of 3D assets with game engine like Unity3d, Ureal engine, etc will be plus.
  • Ability to take feedback and make changes as required.
  • Must have knowledge in renderings of both exterior and interior environments.
