Responsibilities within BIM Design:
Working within the BIM Design team under the FD PM Building Installations area, you play a pivotal role in supporting Facility Design. This involves creating detailed 3D models and 2D designs that encompass architecture, structure, HVAC and building utilities, as well as building and process electrical systems.

As Associate BIM Engineer, you ll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team where you ll:
Plan and executes well-defined regular tasks within BIM structure area. Active involvement in the work which is a part of a team effort Responsibility and ownership of the work before sharing it with the seniors for review Professional enough to take over the independent tasks with occasional guidance from the seniors Broad theoretical knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge to real life situations Expected to take initiative, prioritize, and plan the work to reach deadlines.

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
Have a degree in Structure engineering or equivalent.
Work experience with BIM environment, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Pharma facility know-how would be preferrable. Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM Structure Good command over the language
