As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Your role will be crucial in driving lead generation and contributing to the overall success of our business. --- **Key Responsibilities**: 1. **Lead Outreach**: - Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Willus Infrastructures offerings. - Answer inbound inquiries from interested leads. - Maintain high-quality conversations to build interest and trust. 2. **Data Management**: - Maintain a detailed database of leads and client interactions. - Update the CRM system with call outcomes and follow-up requirements. 3. **Client Communication**: - Explain the benefits of our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions to potential customers. - Understand client needs and provide information about our services tailored to their requirements. 4. **Appointment Scheduling**: - Arrange meetings for the Business Development team with interested leads. - Coordinate follow-up calls or emails to ensure seamless communication. 5. **Feedback Collection**: - Collect client feedback and relay it to the team to improve processes or services. - Stay informed about client pain points and market trends. --- **Qualifications**: - **Education**: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus . - **Experience**: 0 to 2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
