Willus Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development efforts in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) sector. This role demands a proactive professional with a strong background in field sales, client engagement, and technical solution selling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored PEB solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the PEB sector by engaging with architects, contractors, developers, and industry stakeholders; actively participate in industry events to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and architects to understand project requirements and offer customized PEB solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals in collaboration with internal design and engineering teams.
  • Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, including quotation preparation, negotiations, and deal finalization.
  • Customize PEB offerings based on project specifications and provide technical support, drawings, and consultations throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, issue resolution, and long-term relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and performance metrics, and provide regular updates to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), construction, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in field sales, with a strong track record of client acquisition and order closures.
  • Proficiency in understanding and communicating technical solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a results-driven and client-focused approach.

Key Skills

  • Demonstrated success in field sales and order acquisition within the PEB or construction industry.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities with key stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and developers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical understanding of PEB systems, including design and construction processes.
  • High level of self-motivation, with the ability to manage multiple leads and drive sales independently.
