The ideal candidate will be well-organized, communicative, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple business units Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final rounds with internal teams Maintain a strong database of potential candidates Facilitate onboarding, documentation, and employee orientation Support HR administrative tasks such as attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and assist in maintaining a positive work culture Coordinate with management for workforce planning and HR needs Key Requirements Female candidates preferred Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple roles and work across various industries Proficiency with job portals and recruitment tools Self-driven, responsible, and detail-oriented What We Offer Monthly salary between 20,000 – 25,000 (based on experience and skillset) Opportunity to work with a diversified group and grow professionally Collaborative and supportive team environment Exposure to multiple industries and business functions
