We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to oversee multiple key accounts, managing the entire client relationship lifecycle from onboarding to upselling. This role requires proactive communication and strategic planning to ensure client satisfaction, and revenue generations and growth. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Manage end-to-end processes for multiple large key accounts, including the strategic hunting of new opportunities and effective farming for growth within existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and support. Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and strong start to the relationship. Client Meetings: Manage weekly or bi-weekly meetings with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and present new opportunities. Travel: Willingness to travel across the region as needed for client meetings and relationship management. Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services, creating tailored solutions that meet client needs. Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends and competitive activities to provide valuable insights to clients and inform strategic decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and address any issues that arise promptly. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 2-6 years of relevant experience in key account management or similar roles. Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct formal and informal presentations. Relationship Building: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events. Proactive Attitude: A can-do mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
