What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to identify and attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and hiring standards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Market Intelligence
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability in the financial services domain.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in financial services or non-IT domains.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
