Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects. This role involves complete responsibility for planning, coordination, execution, and delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of industrial construction projects
• Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Supervise site operations, subcontractors, and engineering staff
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and vendors for smooth project coordination
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Oversee material procurement and negotiate with contractors/vendors
• Ensure timely statutory approvals and maintain necessary documentation
• Conduct progress reviews, risk assessments, and resolve site-level challenges
• Generate regular project reports and updates for senior management and clients

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in civil, industrial, and PEB construction
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and project tracking tools
• Effective leadership and on-site decision-making capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards
• Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and BOQ review
• Knowledge of statutory clearances, local building codes, and industrial safety norms
• Ability to work in dynamic, high-pressure project environments

Preferred Background:

• 12+ years of experience in civil industrial construction
• Proven record in managing EPC/PEB projects across various sectors
• Hands-on experience with high-value turnkey infrastructure projects
