Program & Delivery Leadership

• Fully own and lead

  end-to-end delivery

• End-User Computing (EUC)
  
• ITSM / ITIL operations
  
• Automation, Monitoring, and Observability
  
• Define

  infrastructure transformation roadmaps

  , migration strategies, modernization paths, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Establish

  delivery governance models

  , execution frameworks, project KPIs, quality standards, and success metrics.
• Drive

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Lead and govern architecture and design discussions across enterprise infrastructure domains:

Customer Engagement & Consulting

• Act as a

  trusted advisor

  to external enterprise customers by understanding business challenges and translating them into robust infrastructure strategies.
• Conduct

  assessments, discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and solution presentations

  for senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through

  proactive communication, risk mitigation, and value delivery

  .
• Clearly articulate complex infrastructure concepts using

  real-world examples and scenario-based explanations

  .
• Own

  large, complex deals

  , including

  multi-tower infrastructure transformations and integrated services contracts

• Lead

  commercial, technical, and delivery discussions simultaneously

  to ensure program success and customer confidence.

Governance, Risk & Stakeholder Management

• Manage projects using

  Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models

• Drive

  project governance

  , financial tracking, risk management, change controls, and compliance adherence.
• Handle interdependencies across multiple domains including

  Cloud, Security, Network, Platforms, and Operations

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–15 years

  of overall IT experience with

  strong leadership in enterprise infrastructure programs

• Deep expertise across:
  

• Datacenter Technologies:

  VMware, Hyper-V, Compute, Storage, Backup

• Enterprise Networking:

  LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls, Load Balancers

• Cloud Infrastructure:

  Azure, AWS, GCP (IAM, Networking, Monitoring, Infra Services)

• Infrastructure Automation:

  Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python

• ITSM / ITIL Processes

  and integrated service delivery

• Monitoring & Observability Platforms

• Security controls, compliance frameworks, and enterprise operational models

• Proven track record leading

  multi-domain, enterprise infrastructure transformation programs

  .
• Strong experience in

  external, customer-facing consulting engagements

  .
• Ability to manage

  multi-geography customers

  and global delivery teams.
• Excellent

  stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive presentation

  skills.
• Strong scenario-based problem-solving ability (e.g., outages, migration failures, capacity issues, vendor escalations).
  

• PMP Certification – Mandatory

• ITIL, Cloud Architect, and Infrastructure certifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree
