Role Overview

Architect-level Project Manager Data & AI

external customer engagements

This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, architectural depth, and the flexibility to work in shifts as required.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate

  end-to-end Data & AI projects

  , ensuring delivery excellence, quality, and on-time execution.
• Drive

  large, complex, multi-domain initiatives

  involving:
• Modern Data Platforms
  
• Data Engineering and Analytics
  
• AI/ML and MLOps solutions
  
• Cloud-native architectures
  
• Enterprise data transformation programs
  
• Define project strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans using

  Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

  .
• Ensure strong

  project governance

  , risk management, compliance, and documentation across all phases.
• Own and track

  project success metrics

  , continuously optimizing delivery processes and outcomes.
• Work directly with

  external enterprise customers

  , leading discussions on:
• Architecture and solution design
  
• Delivery models and timelines

• Drive complex customer engagements with a focus on

• Clearly articulate and defend

• Conduct

• Act as a

  senior Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  for Data & AI initiatives across the organization.
• Provide architectural and technical guidance on:

• ETL / ELT pipelines
  
• Modern analytics platforms
  
• Offer technical leadership to teams across diverse

  GCC and enterprise domains

• Manage and influence

  senior stakeholders

  across technology, business, operations, and customer leadership.
• Present project health, risks, decisions, and outcomes to executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
  
• Drive seamless

  cross-functional coordination

  across engineering, architecture, operations, support, and customer teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–15+ years

  of overall IT experience, with

  6–8+ years in architecture and solution design

  roles.
• Strong background in

  Data & AI

  , including:
• Data Engineering
  
• Data Platforms
  
• Analytics
  
• AI / ML ecosystems
  
• Proven experience delivering

  consulting-led, external customer projects

  in

  enterprise-scale environments

  .
• Demonstrated success leading

  large, complex programs or deals

  with measurable business impact.
• Experience working with

  multi-geography and global customers

  .
• Hands-on experience managing projects using

  Agile and Waterfall frameworks

  .
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage

  multi-layered and high-pressure scenarios

  .
• Excellent

  communication, leadership, storytelling, and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Ability to operate across

  multiple technology and business domains

  as required.

• PMP Certification – Mandatory
