Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Head to join Neo Heights at a senior management level. This is a full-time on-site role that will be responsible for driving growth and visibility in the Industrial and Commercial sectors, including Civil, PEB, and MEP projects. The role requires market planning, developing sales initiatives, and handling public relations, with a focus on Industrial projects in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

The Sales and Marketing Head will report directly to the CEO/Managing Director and will be crucial in implementing strategies to increase market presence and expand our client base, especially with MNC clients.


Key responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth through channel, direct, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.


Sales Management:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive B2B and B2C sales initiatives, including tendering, corporate tie-ups, channel development, and key account management.
  • Track and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.


Marketing Management:

  • Oversee brand positioning, product promotions, and marketing campaigns (offline and digital).
  • Collaborate with internal design/marketing teams to develop content, creatives, and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and client presentations.


Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Handle high-value negotiations and close critical deals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at networking and industry events.


Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing team members.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance.
  • Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture within the department.


Key Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, CRM, and sales analytics
  • Industry-specific knowledge (customizable based on your domain)


Qualifications:

  • Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research expertise.
  • Proven Sales and Public Relations experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Strong networking and connections with MNC clients in the Industrial sector (particularly in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra, and Telangana).
  • Leadership and Communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and projects effectively.
  • Experience in EPC Projects (Civil, PEB, MEP, Interiors) for Industrial and Commercial sectors is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing is highly preferred.
