Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Head for Seamless Stainless Tubes & Pipes in Baroda will be responsible for driving both domestic and international sales. This position involves developing sales strategies, establishing partnerships with new institution stockists, and coordinating with the production team. The candidate will lead marketing initiatives to expand market presence, increase sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in both domestic and international markets. - Identify and build relationships with new institution stockists, distributors, and clients in target markets. - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed targets and manage key accounts. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies. - Generate new leads and explore untapped markets for business expansion. Marketing Strategy: - Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes. - Develop branding initiatives and maintain a strong brand presence in target markets. - Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products. - Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance online presence and lead generation. Coordination with Production: - Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products as per customer requirements. - Monitor production schedules and align them with sales demand and forecasts. - Address any production delays, quality issues, or logistics problems to maintain client satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management: - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stockists, providing exceptional customer service. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Market Research & Analysis: - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging markets, and changing customer preferences. - Analyze sales data, forecasts, and trends to make informed business decisions. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business growth strategies. Team Leadership & Collaboration: - Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team, setting clear goals and performance expectations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth business operations. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes or related industries. - Proven experience in domestic and international sales, with a successful track record of business development. - Strong understanding of the manufacturing process, production coordination, and supply chain management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
