We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales operations in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong teams, and developing successful sales strategies. This is a senior leadership role based in Kochin, with full responsibility for sales performance and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Establish strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers. Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for promotional activities. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to top management. Ensure effective coverage and reach in urban and rural markets. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong market knowledge, particularly in the FMCG domain Leadership and team management abilities Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach Sound understanding of distribution channels and trade marketing Ability to handle high-pressure environments and deliver consistently Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum of 15 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience in Indian markets, especially Kerala, is highly desirable Willing to travel extensively within the region
