We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive the sales function for our HR Tech / Fintech B2B SaaS product. The ideal candidate will own the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, lead the 0 -1 motion, close key enterprise deals, and build a scalable sales engine from the ground up.
Lead the sales function for a fast-growing B2B SaaS product in the HR Tech / Fintech space.
Define and implement the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to establish product-market fit and build early traction.Scale sales from ground up, with a strong focus on acquiring enterprise customers across key strategic sectors.Foster a high-performance culture by hiring, mentoring, and developing a team of sales professionals.Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive overall revenue growth.Influence customer relationships at the CXO level and shape long-term partnerships.Ensure alignment between sales strategy, product positioning, and market demands.
Drive the 0-1 sales motion and establish product-market fit.
Identify, target, and close key enterprise logos to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.Hire, onboard, and lead a performance-driven sales team, with clear KPIs and accountability metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.Own pipeline generation, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.
