Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Field Sales Trainer to join our Plot Department. The role involves training, coaching, and mentoring our on-ground sales team to enhance their sales effectiveness, process adherence, and overall performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct induction and regular training sessions for new joiners and existing team members in the
Plot Department. - Design and deliver training modules covering product knowledge, customer engagement, sales pitch, negotiation, and closure skills. - Conduct field observations and on-ground coaching sessions to evaluate performance and identify areas of improvement. - Collaborate with Sales Managers and City Heads to assess training needs and implement effective learning interventions. - Develop and maintain training content, SOPs, and manuals tailored to Plot Sales operations. - Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback forms, and sales performance metrics. - Drive continuous learning culture through refresher sessions and skill enhancement workshops. - Ensure process adherence and policy compliance during field activities. - Prepare and share weekly and monthly training reports with management. Skills & Competencies Required: - Strong background in field sales training, team coaching, or sales capability development (preferably in real estate / B2C). - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate, influence, and improve large on-ground sales teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms. - Comfortable with field travel across Bangalore and nearby areas. Qualification: - Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field. - Certification in Sales Training / L&D / Behavioral Skills will be an added advantage. Preferred Industry Background: Real Estate, BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, or any B2C industry with strong field sales operations. What We Offer:
