Key Responsibilities: Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies. Computation of total income, tax liabilities, and advance tax workings. Handling TDS compliance including TDS returns, correction statements, and reconciliation. Preparing responses to income tax notices and assisting in drafting submissions for scrutiny assessments. Supporting seniors in preparing documentation and briefs for income tax appeals and litigation matters. Liaising with clients to obtain required information and documents. Assisting in tax planning and advisory assignments. Keeping up-to-date with amendments in Direct Tax laws and notifications. Candidate Requirements: CA Inter (cleared at least Group I). Minimum 1 year of experience in direct tax Freshers can apply with zero experience, training would be provided. Strong knowledge of Income Tax provisions, TDS, and basic understanding of transfer pricing. Proficiency in software like Tally, Excel, and tax platforms (e.g., ClearTax, Winman, or similar). Good drafting and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple assignments and adhere to deadlines.

We are looking someone who has experience in planning executing Meta (Facebook) and Google campaigns We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving measurable ROI, scaling campaigns, and managing significant ad spends. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping, etc.) Manage full-funnel paid media strategyfrom lead generation to conversion Monitor daily campaign performance, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, etc. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and ad copies Prepare and analyze performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools Manage ad budgets effectively and provide monthly forecasts Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to align on campaign goals Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and industry best practices Drive continuous performance improvements and scale campaigns profitably Required Skills & Qualifications: 4-7 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of ?5L to ?50L or higher Strong understanding of campaign objectives: traffic, lead gen, conversions, remarketing Proficiency in tools: Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Deep understanding of customer funnel, attribution, and pixel/event tracking Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory) Nice to Have: Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, or programmatic platforms Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint Certifications Experience in D2C, SaaS, or performance-driven agency environment Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Do you have experience Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads campaign Do you have 3+ yrs in Facebook and google ads Are you immediate joinee or can within a week Are you comfortable to travel to Andheri Work Location: In person
