Job Description

We are looking someone who has experience in planning executing Meta (Facebook) and Google campaigns
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving measurable ROI, scaling campaigns, and managing significant ad spends.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping, etc.)Manage full-funnel paid media strategyfrom lead generation to conversionMonitor daily campaign performance, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, etc.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and ad copiesPrepare and analyze performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other toolsManage ad budgets effectively and provide monthly forecastsCollaborate with creative, product, and content teams to align on campaign goalsStay up to date with platform algorithm changes and industry best practicesDrive continuous performance improvements and scale campaigns profitably

Required Skills & Qualifications:
4-7 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google AdsProven experience managing monthly ad budgets of ?5L to ?50L or higherStrong understanding of campaign objectives: traffic, lead gen, conversions, remarketingProficiency in tools: Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag ManagerDeep understanding of customer funnel, attribution, and pixel/event trackingStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Nice to Have:
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, or programmatic platformsGoogle Ads and Facebook Blueprint CertificationsExperience in D2C, SaaS, or performance-driven agency environmentFamiliarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or SalesforceSchedule:Day shift
