Job Description

Own and execute paid marketing strategy across
Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and affiliate platforms.

Lead end-to-end campaign creation from audience segmentation and ad copy to creatives and landing page integration.

Continuously optimize campaigns for improved CTR, CPA, and ROAS.

Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Stay ahead of trends in ad platforms, targeting, and growth strategies.

Conversion Funnel Focus
: Drive full-funnel campaigns, cover awareness, lead generation, conversion, and retention; apply testing methodologies like A/B or multivariate testing to improve landing page effectiveness.

Budget Management
: Take ownership of monthly/quarterly ad spends with authority to allocate budgets across platforms for maximum ROI.

Compliance Data Privacy
: Ensure all campaigns adhere to regulations such as GDPR and India s DPDP Act, maintaining strict data privacy standards.

Social Media Management

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to strengthen brand presence.

Manage day-to-day publishing, engagement, and community building across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and YouTube.

Create and oversee content calendars ensuring brand consistency and storytelling impact.

Collaborate with designers, writers, and videographers to create platform-specific content (posts, reels, shorts, stories).

Track social performance (engagement, reach, growth) and optimize strategy accordingly.

Build influencer and industry collaborations to extend reach.
