Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential sponsors aligned with the project or event
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sponsorship leads
  • Pitch sponsorship packages to decision-makers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Create customised proposals based on sponsor needs and brand objectives
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables to close sponsorship deals
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure partnership satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams for sponsorship fulfilment and branding deliverables
  • Track sales progress and provide weekly reporting
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sponsorship or B2B sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with result-oriented approach
  • Good network with corporate decision-makers is an advantage
  • High professionalism, persistence, and client-focused approach
