Centre Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily showroom operations and supervise the sales & design team.
Handle walk-in customers and ensure complete sales cycle management until closure.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high productivity levels.
Provide design-related guidance to customers (basic design knowledge required).
Deliver an exceptional customer experience across the showroom.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching/training when necessary.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for smoother workflows.
Prepare and submit periodic performance and sales reports to management.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior sales/home dcor/lifestyle retail industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Working knowledge of design tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp, and CRM software.
Customer-focused, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
Passion for interiors, creativity, and design aesthetics.
