Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead automation initiatives to drive process improvements and operational efficiency- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and automate key business processes- Integrate data between CRM, ERP, and PLM systems for better operations- Develop and maintain databases for region-specific project insights- Use SharePoint, PowerApps, and Salesforce for process automation and data-driven insights- Facilitate continuous improvement through collaboration and stakeholder engagement- Provide expertise in program management for automation-related projects- Ensure smooth transition between sales operations and engineering execution

Qualifications

:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, process automation, or project engineering- Experience with data integration and automation across platforms like Salesforce, ERP, and PLM systems- Proficiency in SharePoint and PowerApps for process automation- Knowledge of Python, SQL, and other data querying languages- Familiarity with project engineering in the solar or renewable energy sector- Strong understanding of Autodesk products and experience with software automation tools- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across time zones
