Tech Project Manager with Sales Experience

Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and goals. Solution Design: Develop comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions that address client needs, leveraging Mindsprint's products and services. Proof of Concept (PoC): Create and present PoC demonstrations to validate proposed solutions and showcase their capabilities. Technical Proposals: Work with the sales team to develop detailed technical proposals, including solution architectures, implementation plans, and cost estimates. Team Sizing: Assess project requirements and determine the appropriate team size and skill sets needed to deliver the solution effectively. Financial Proposals: Develop financial proposals, including cost estimates and pricing strategies, to ensure solutions are both competitive and profitable. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring they understand Mindsprint's offerings and can effectively address customer inquiries. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to present solutions, answer technical questions, and build strong relationships. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure Mindsprint's solutions remain competitive and innovative. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Solution Architect or similar role in Pre-Sales. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, VMware) are a plus.
