Job Description

As a Sales & Business Development professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing both short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve the organization's revenue and growth targets. Your role will involve identifying, assessing, and exploring new market opportunities, product lines, and customer acquisition strategies to drive business success. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders will be essential to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. You will be expected to formulate competitive business models and strategies aimed at maximizing market penetration and profitability. Additionally, overseeing the launch and scaling of new financial products will be crucial, ensuring alignment with market needs and organizational goals. In the realm of operational excellence, you will work towards developing and optimizing end-to-end operational processes to support seamless service delivery and enhance productivity. This will involve ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies across all operational activities. Collaborating with risk management and compliance teams to mitigate operational risks and ensure legal alignment will be part of your responsibilities. Leading initiatives to enhance customer onboarding, servicing, and collection processes to reduce turnaround times will be key. Introducing and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) will drive operational accountability. Managing vendor relationships for operational requirements, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality, will also fall under your purview. Your success in this role will be measured by the achievement of sales targets and year-on-year revenue growth. Furthermore, your ability to successfully penetrate new markets, optimize operational processes, increase customer satisfaction, strengthen compliance with regulatory frameworks, deliver new product launches successfully, and ensure the performance of sales and operational teams through KPI achievement and employee engagement will be critical to your performance appraisal.,
