Role Overview: As a Real Estate Sales-Head, your primary role is to guide, manage, and motivate a team towards achieving specific goals. You will ensure effective communication, collaboration, and performance within the team. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15-18 years of experience in real estate sales. - At least 10 years of experience in team leading. - Proven track record in managing and motivating sales teams. - Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of the local real estate market and buyer trends.,
