Job Description

Role & responsibilities • Draft and post job vacancies on various online portals and platforms as per organizational requirements • Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job descriptions • Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates and relevant team members • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit in terms of communication, attitude, and alignment with company culture • Maintain a recruitment tracker with status updates for each open position • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications • Handle candidate documentation, reference checks, and pre-joining formalities • Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters • Maintain records of all applications and interviews for audit and reporting purposes • Other HR duties like handling attendance, employee database, organizing activities, updating HR reports and formats etc. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, data management, and supporting HR processes across the organization. Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field • 2–5 years of HR experience • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills • Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
