Key Responsibilities:Source potential candidates from online job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others. Manage the entire recruitment cycle — from job posting, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to final candidate selection and onboarding. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department heads. Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with management to understand manpower requirements and job specifications. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
