Job Description

1. Overseas Recruitment Operations

  • Manage

    end-to-end overseas recruitment

    across sectors such as construction, oil & gas, healthcare, hospitality, engineering, and more.
  • Understand

    client requirements

    and prepare suitable sourcing strategies.
  • Oversee

    candidate screening, interviews, trade tests, documentation, and selection

    .
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment and deployment process.

2. Client Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients and employers.
  • Regularly update clients on candidate status and project progress.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of manpower as per client specifications.

3. Sourcing & Vendor Management

  • Develop a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, agencies, and referrals.
  • Coordinate with

    overseas partners, agents, and training centers

    .
  • Maintain tie-ups with

    technical institutes and trade test centers

    for skilled worker hiring.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure proper

    documentation, visa processing, medicals, and emigration clearance

    as per host country regulations.
  • Liaise with

    embassies, consulates, and government departments

    (e.g., MEA, POE) for clearances.
  • Maintain records of all recruitment activities, contracts, and invoices.

5. Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
  • Assign roles, set KPIs, and monitor recruiter performance.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve sourcing and interview skills.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, finance, and travel departments for smooth deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of

    overseas recruitment procedures

  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and recruitment portals (e.g., Naukri Gulf, Indeed, LinkedIn).
