Human Resources Manager – Garment Manufacturing Company: Akaash Impex Location: Mumbai Industry: Ladies’ Garment Manufacturing Workforce Size: ~200 employees Akaash Impex, a Mumbai-based manufacturer of ladies' garments, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations for its manufacturing facility. Role Overview The HR Manager will be responsible for workforce planning, statutory compliance, payroll oversight, industrial relations, and HR systems, all of which are aligned with a labour-intensive garment manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Manpower planning aligned to production requirements Recruitment of tailors, supervisors, QC staff, and office personnel Full compliance with Indian labour laws (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Wages, Bonus, Gratuity) Payroll, attendance, leave, and overtime management Industrial relations, grievance handling, and shop-floor discipline HR policy implementation and employee records management Support training, safety, and productivity initiatives Eligibility Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Labour Relations, or Industrial Relations 8–12 years HR experience, preferably in garment/textile/factory setup Strong hands-on knowledge of labour law compliance Experience handling a blue-collar and supervisory workforce What We Offer Stable manufacturing environment Direct interface with management Opportunity to build and strengthen HR systems Interested candidates may apply with their resume and current CTC details.
