Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for selection.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, offers extended.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (HR).
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations governing hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar tools.
