Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for selection.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, offers extended.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (HR).
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations governing hiring practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar tools.
