Have a check on mainteinance of the norms of the cleanroom from the perspective of the workers routine Watching the absenteeism and trying to control the same Trying to cover up the jobs by managing workers from other deptts, where the absenteeism is more Maintaining all legal formalities Coordinating with management and Operations manager and appointing new people as per requirement. Conduction Training programmes for workers of all levels Also conducting motivational programmes Making good Induction Trainings, KPAs and KRAs Other routine jobs Preferred candidate profile: Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
