Guide survey teams for walk through surveys, topographical surveys, final surveys, analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan optimized route for projects. Preparing Drawings & Documents for Transmission Line Project Including Route Map & Electrical Clearance Diagram, Single Line Diagram (Outline Diagram) of Tower & Gantrys , RCC & Steel Structures with Plan & Section Details, Foundations, Bar Bending Schedule etc. Layout design engineering and multi-disciplinary coordination such as Concept Notes, Feasibility Reports, Detailed Project Reports, Tender Document Preparations, Tender Drawings, BOQ estimations etc. Drawing approvals, material BoM preparation for procurement activities, support to site team etc. Preparation of sag tension calculations, loading calculations, clearance diagram. Using design software for structural foundation design for AIS/GIS & control room foundation footings, substation equipment foundation footings like Tower, CT, PT, Isolator & Lightening arrestor, Cable Termination, Power transformer foundation design, cable trench design, retaining wall design, Cable trench support design etc. Developing STADD.Pro, PLS CADD, PLS TOWER, PLS POLE and Design Reports for GIS building, CRB, gantry, Tower & Substation equipment structure etc. Coordinating with customers & vendors for technical clarifications/approvals. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to take full ownership of our financial operations, accounting, compliance, and project accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in managing end-to-end financial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Financial Operations & Reporting Lead the monthly closure of books of accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including Notes to Accounts and Audited Reports. Oversee day-to-day accounting and banking operations. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Responsible for company-wide cash flow planning, forecasting, and optimization. Manage banking relationships, including compliance, foreign remittances, and loan documentation. Budgeting & Performance Monitoring Develop annual budgets and track financial performance against the same. Identify variances, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions. Receivables & Inventory Management Manage receivables and ensure timely collection through follow-ups and escalation protocols. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations for stock accuracy. Compliance & Taxation Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements, including GST, WHT, income tax, and other local levies. Oversee timely and accurate filing of monthly statutory returns. Project Accounting Ensure accurate and timely recording and closing of EPC project accounting. Monitor project-wise profitability and reporting. Cross-functional Coordination Liaise with internal teams such as Logistics, Shipping, and Legal for export/import documentation and cargo clearance. Collaborate with payroll, HR, and statutory bodies for timely salary disbursements and employee-related compliance. Team Oversight & Delegation Review and supervise work of local finance and accounts team. Ensure proper delegation and clarity of responsibilities within the finance function. MIS & Reporting Prepare timely MIS reports to support management decision-making. Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Education & Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent. 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, preferably in EPC, manufacturing, or project-based industries. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in SAP or any ERP system; exposure to SAP S4 HANA is highly preferred. Strong analytical and business acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. High degree of ownership and ability to work independently. Strong networking skills and stakeholder management.
