As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Your role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies, managing compensation and benefits, conducting training and development programs, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Additionally, you will collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of HR professionals, adapting to changing business needs and priorities, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. - Lead recruitment efforts, including the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, to attract and hire top talent. - Identify training needs, develop training programs, and collect feedback to equip employees with the resources needed for success. - Oversee the performance management process by guiding managers and employees on goal setting and improvement strategies. - Handle employee relations by ensuring legal compliance, resolving conflicts, and fostering a productive work environment. - Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information. - Perform HR administrative activities such as handling ID cards, laptops, and medical insurance. Qualifications: - MBA/MSW with 5-6 years of proven experience in a similar role. - Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements. - Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in HRIS is an added advantage. - Ability to align HR strategies with business goals and manage a team of HR professionals. - Knowledge of compensation and benefits, experience in IT recruitment, and the ability to handle generic HR responsibilities are required.
